Some background: After decades of being a therapist -- and decades of being in therapy thanks to my parents -- I fell apart. Too much stress with no end in sight, I did not know what to do except cry and try to get through my days as a wife and a mother and a therapist in private practice.
During this time, I began to put together the pieces of what I had learned. It was as if a puzzle was being put into place that answered the questions:
